[tf2] Can't get ammo for the Grenade Launcher

I can't get ammo for the Grenade Launcher. Demoman is unplayable for me because of this
why is this happening

if you have the persian persuader equipped, it makes all ammo health so you can't get more ammo until you die
Freeze:
I'm pretty sure this impossible.
You probably have Persian equipped.
