What's MW2 like today?

High levels doesn't really matter since black ops is the same, I'm just worried about a ruined experience due to unbalance by cheaters and noob tubing
The no hackers for ps3 eases my mind a bit

on ps3 i saw someone 1 kill someone else and it auto got them to level 70.
other than that its clean

Noob tubing has always been a problem in MW2, mainly because the grenades are so accurate and are basically rocket launchers, i assume everyone who still plays is using them.
