I have read a book called Of Mice And Men, and in that story, there's an old swamper called Candy, and that Candy guy has a dog. It's blind, it stinks, it's old, etc. Suddenly a guy called Carlson says he will kill the dog by shooting it on the back of its head, and he stats what problems the dog causes. He takes the dog, goes out in the darkness, and bang.
