Why do you want to be admin?: You have suggested it, I have also had experience with admin because I am admin on a few servers on TF2 and a few on some of the HL2 mods. Like The Hidden.

If you want to create buildings, place it outside of the map, I will inspect it and see if it is good or not.

Try making a One way exit/Team only door.
