Funny thing was, thaat slicing open that heart made me hungry, because the pieces looked like raw beef...

The inside is divided into 4 chambers. The ones on top are known as atriums, and on bottom are ventricles. As the heart pulsates, it squeezes blood from one ventricle to the atrium above it through a one way valve.
