Serious Server Trouble

Ever since the shader update was released, I've bumped into this huge problem with BL when I make servers
No one can join my server at all, literally like, no one
And I'm serious, not even someone that goes through the same connection!

Rules for answering:
1. The following answers will not be accepted: Disable add ons, I don't give a crap, just join other servers
2. No loopholes at all
3. Stay on topic, don't go talking about rainbows.

Hm. That might work, but since i never port-forwarded, do i do it each time i make a server, or just once?
