RTB's Infomatics tips changed

I clearly see him spouting nonsense whenever I start a server. BUMP.

1. Fun fact: Infomaniac is also a character from Lego Island. ()
2. I don't ever see him saying that anymore. I think the new RTB update removed it.

I'm using the custom loading screen mod (by jeep I think?) and I think it overlaps the infomaniac.
