Reinforcements, your server is going to hell:
- Antibody [BL_ID: 32022] is abusing the jets, going around RPGing people
- Certain people seem to unable to kill other people
- The server keeps ghosting
Please fix these issues. They're quite bothersome.

Well, I killed Trance. But for the most part, yah. Certain people can't kill.
