Thats like saying they're not working on it until it's finished, so yes.

We need to get the server before we can do much work, so until Glass and his parents have that whole situation sorted out, theres not much TO work on
We will hopefully have the server sometime this week or next week.

That doesn't change the meaning of "postponed until finished"
