for the eco, go 15. you cannot sustain the amount of RAM needed for 20 on 16GB if you're promising 99 players max, and what with greenlight, that's a possibility.

I talked to my mom. We will possibly get it today, Tomorrow or next day. (Also depends on when the datacenter gives me it, Says delivery 3-4 days).
