I like being on a team that doesn't deal with capping, grabbing, or destroying anything.
Basically just team deathmatch so people can do the only thing they're good at appearantly.
It just pisses me off when there's a person who isn't even trying to help the team.

Demolition is my favorite team game, especially when your entire team is in a party together-- then it's super easy to win

I hate random teamates players. I rather just party up with my friends because there is more coordination, and teamwork, and I hate playing with random people because they steal kills, camp, don't play the objective, boost, etc.
