I've gotten so used to crouching under them (because that's how you survive them) so everytime I hear one I instantly crouch.

Yeah. I was loving about with claymores, and they are a lot harder to use. The guy has to actually be in the triangle to get killed.

It was HQ so I defended it like a boss. Use killstreaks you know you can get. Mine consist of UAV, then one of these: lightning strike, hellstorm, the use them to build up to stealth chopper/ VSAT/ Lodestar/ K9/ Swarm/
Use attachments that build up its bad spots, for instance, on the vector use the long barrel, and then cater to the good spots, for instance, the msmc has a great range, so suppressor is very good to use. Find your gametype. And, since double XP is going on, get used to nuketown and play the stuff out of it.
