He's being incredibly blunt but if you're texting while driving you probably should be taken off the road.
If being taken off the road is caused by you getting in a crash and dying, so be it. Should've waited to do it at a red light or something.

It really isn't. Being drunk impairs your judgement. Someone who texts while they drive is completely aware of the danger and they choose to ignore it.

To say that you're happy that someone who texts and drives dies is pretty forgeted up. Keep in mind that they have to hit someone (most of the time) to get into a crash. You should consider professional help.
