New Bot Events

We really need this. Bot events was always seriously glitchy, filled with gaps, and a good amount of the features either never worked, or broke in an update.
Id be happy with just:
BotMove [Vector, ToBrick, Wander, FollowPlayer, FollowBot]
BotAim [Vector, AtBrick, AtPlayer, AtBot]
BotTrigger [Fire1, Fire2, Jump, ScrollUp, ScrollDown, etc] [On, Off, Toggle, Pulse]
Also, give it a client so that more events are possible on it, making it act like a player rather than a vehicle/bot, so basically it would be a player controlled by events.

Oh, and VCE compatability. Its easy to add in, just run a function on text boxes, or something..
