the worst thats happened in our town is a shooting that ended up to a school getting locked down for like 20 minutes after school got out. and thats on the bad part of town.

Recently, there was this lady, who tried to run over 3 1st graders. And there has been at least 2 shootings in schools, 1 crazy rifle guy in a neighbour town and more...
there are way too many shootings over here.

Firing the gun is completely different than possessing one.  There is no law that allows you to actually fire it legally.
