Bought a Sniper Carbine. Current Inventory -
  Sport Rifle
  Frag Grenade
  Silenced SMG
  Pistols Akimbo

It said 'tools slots are full' and didn't give me the gun, but took the $15000 anyways.

You could've used the /suggest [msg]  to tell me that you know, but I will fix this and your money will be refunded.

Suggestion: Buff purchases
+add an ammo buff (gives you ammo)
(or you know, just add the ability to purchase ammo. As a sniper I don't have time to return to my base to get ammo)

The problem is your sniping made people want the walls. Very circular isn't it?

The walls is something that I am going to be looking into, just you wait for a surprise in later updates!
As for me being somewhere, how about school?  And I dunno... working on the main mod to fix things and add a stuffton more stuff?

I will be adding changelogs to the server website in a few minutes or so.
