Get off the computer and ride/walk for about 12 to 14 miles a day. Also don't eat to much.
but i'm almost never hungry when i'm supposed to be ( /( T ᴥ T✿)\ )
run a marathon everyday and have a strict grass and leaf diet
Actually I still eat what I want I just quickly burn it off.
