He's adorable, Freek.

One of my aunt's horse's names was Bear, due to his size and color.  My brother was planning on naming our black cat Bear or Knight, until we found out he was a she.  I have no idea how the conclusion came to name her "Blacky," but it did.

I'd keep the name Bear.  Tesla and Moonshine are both incredibly feminine.
