can not host server without crashing

hey guys, me again with another problem. this time, for some reason i cant create a server without it crashing. it doesnt happen right away it's just before i spawn, or in the middle of hosting when i didn't even save yet! i have no clue what it could be. please help!

It happens to me, So make a dedicated server.
