Following the success of its prequel, an HD re-release of the game will be released for Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 respectively through Xbox Live Arcade and PlayStation Network as well as PC on October 2012 for $10; The additional two-player modes of Sonic Adventure 2: Battle will released as Downloadable Content for $2.
