it has absolutely zero transparency support and forgets up the transed pics by giving them a white background.

I used GIMP, I dont use MS Paint.
Flubbman was the one to kill the transparency.
EDIT : Made it transparent, still some white, if you want to clear the rest go ahead, you don't have to use this if you don't want to, i'm kinda bad at making stuff transparent again.
