because you can buy every weapon in the game as well as all attachments. You can buy the specializations too but the sprinting specialization is the best anyway. I have yet to see someone using a top teir gun that they achieved legitimately.

you stop receiving free weapons after level 45
by then the only other weapons left are the premium dlcs

The last teir. This may be because there are better guns or because of aesthetic, but I don't like level 3 guys running around with f2000s.
