It's October 1st and Lub hasn't released his service.

It'd be downright embarrassing, yeah. The only way Rub could do worse than your service is if he had an aneurysm or died.

As dismissive as Ephialtes and Lub seem to be about Kalphiter, there must be some sense of threat there for them to be so persistent with anti-Kaphost sentiment.
One thing I do want to know about Lubs service is if he will accept payment in a more traditional way. Opening a Paypal account and... well, doing what, donating to Kalphiter to avoid tax? That isn't good enough. Lub could really cut into Kalphiter if he uses something like Google Checkout or a merchant edition of Paypal.

Payment methods are so far abstracted from the contract enforcement and payment handling code adding payment options other than PayPal should be trivial, just needs to be well tested.

The fact Rub even has code to handle payments puts him way above Kalphiter who's doing it manually out of a personal account and asking people to send money transfer requests lol.
