How do i combine add-ons

those are the addons, i just want ya to make em into one addon for me, please dont steal em or whatever, just pack em so i can delete them from meidiafire...

sorry for duble post, but would you try and keep them as organised as possible (like maby keep them in their folders) cuz i would like to go back and edit alot of that stuff before i finish this up
also what do u mean by original addons? like the ones i used to make this or required addons, cuz i really don't have any...
