The player will obviously have to pay out of his own pocket first. What would happen is the player who puts out the Ad would put forth the set amount of points into thin air (assuming he can afford it). If a player who signed up for the bounty succeeds in the kill, that money would be immediately transferred into the bounty hunter's account. If the time expires (maybe 5 minutes?) then the money is placed back into the original owner's account.
The third condition was the first that came to my mind, and I think it's a decent one if it's possible to do.

Mhm. There should also be limitations to how much or how little a bounty can be.
As for the timelapse, 5-10 mins seems good. Preferably 5 mins.
Also, for the conditions, I misunderstood. I agree with all of them now.
I think that this would be SO awesome.
EDIT: Is the Google doc listing the weapon prices current and up-to-date?

There will be a list of prices for the player, ranging from probably 50 to 300 points.
Yes, the Weapons List and prices are up-to-date. I tried to make them as simple as possible. Keep in mind, a kill is 5 points.
