How did you remove a background like for the clothes because I got one almost done and I need so advice

In Paint.NET, assuming that's what you're using, I just adjusted the tolerance with the magic wand until it deleted a suitable portion of the background that I wouldn't have to do so much work. Then I dragged a selection box around the clothes, brought down the View dropdown, and selected "Invert Selection". I pressed Delete to get rid of what was selected, then worked on touching up the clothing borders with the eraser, sometimes zooming in for a better view.

Just save it as a PNG, instead of a .pdn. It'll require flattening, but it won't really matter if it's complete.
