Backpack player

I'd like a playertype where you could open a backback kind of like minecraft
And you'd have to interchange the main bar (accessible tools at the time)
Example
Hammer's in inventory
move it to access bar
now can use
Would have to be some kind of keybind though.
(implying packaging a keybind with playertypes)
