Weapon Requests

Hello.
If anyone is out there who is willing to script, model, and test a weapon, stay please...
I have some requests for a few weapons. Beware: They aren't real life, military weapons.
1. A cartoonish SMG that, when shot down at your feet, can propell you upward. (kinda like Cave Story. Man, I love that game.)
2. A GIANT Dual Revolvers/Shotgun.
3. A Spur (Yes, more Cave Story) like weapon.
4. If possible, a Boomerang of some type.

1. Yeah, Ok...
2. Well, IDK about the OP part...
3. The Spur is a weapon on a game called Cave Story. It charges up to level 3, and fires a large beam.
Click: simple laser shot. does 10 damage per shot.
Hold 2 secs: small, long laser. does 20 damage/sec
Hold 4 secs: two small lasers. 25 damage/sec
Hold 6 secs: one HUGE laser. 50 damage/sec
A litttle OP, but It's the best weapon in Cave Story, so yeah...
4. A boomerang that dissapears from your inventory/unusable until returned.
does that sum it up?

Oh, and I was thinking of 2 versions of the Boomerang.
Toy: Does no damage, just tumbles you.
Bladed: Does damage, but what seems ideal for the damage rate?...
