shadows work on minecraft glsl mod but not on blockland

Too bad, it's Intel.
You're only option is to get a better card. The fact that another game can run shadows is irrelevant because other games use different methods for drawing shadows.

A majority that can use shaders with intel can only use minimum at best and even that can be difficult.

No edit: I just skipped the entire rest of the log after seeing Pentium III. I don't know what's going on with the detection, but the rest of the specs, from clock speed, to RAM, do not fit with a pentium III.

I don't know how you can even begin to think that graphics built into the processor can even begin to compare with a dedicated graphics card.
Stop expecting Badspot to take the blame for your bad computer and buy the proper hardware
