v20's 1 year anniversary

Therefore, it is the 1 year anniversary of v20. Even if v20 is 'dead', we can still celebrate it's birthday.
That's like celebrating president's day, where we celebrate the dead president's collective birthdays.

Version Day. October 16 we shall celebrate all the past versions of blockland.
