Military occupation of the PSSR I believe was allowed in the treaty. Full payment of the treaty should be due. Military action to uphold the treaty is interesting, however not illegal. War trials don't seem possible since there is no international court in existence.

I believe this, but it sounds like Arabissia wanted the payment upfront, which USC was unwilling to do and instead pay in chunks.  However, this seizure is the controversial part.
