why would you fund this, you can see it plainly if you aren't using infared lol.

Svernlochian R&D has begun testing the Overlord Tank(sorry for the absence).
first targets:
T-90(left over)
replica T-95
replica Maus
one Destroyer(soon to be scuttled)
a civilian car
results:
1. the T-90 was punctured at all angles of fire, the smallest of the holes being the size of a grapefruit.
2. the T-95 replica had major holes in it and some small dents, lots of burn marks.
3. the Maus had lots of dents, though this is to be expected with a tank that has 18" thick armor.
4. the Destroyer took more rounds than expected, though did sink when BOTH ballast tanks were punctured testing an HEAP
5. the car was totally annihilated, 2 more were tested, one crushed into a coarse gravel and the other shot with a AP round, severing the drive shaft.
more tests later.
Also, the Grendel is soon to have a prototype, though will need more advanced engines in tandem with new fuel.

Because modern tehcnoloy and warefare consists of infrared targeting. For instance, Svernland's smart SAM launchers. I assume they wouldn't want to fire on a civilian vehicle would they?

RUR sends military trainers who are veterans from the USC occupation to Rus'Va to train them in both conventional and insurgency warfare. Yes it includes counter-insurgency and counter-terrorist training.
