Avalonia temporarily ceases trade with Aribissia until such time as there is no blockade. My hands are tied as to giving military aid to any of my allies here since both sides are my allies. Eesh.

The Syriiakiian Mantis fleet moves towards the Emmerian blockade, not firing, but weapons are loaded and the SNS Solstice loads phosgene and chlorine (White Star) rounds in their cannons, and prepares to launch Novichok agent rounds from the smaller cannons, and all members of the Mantis fleet pull on special gasmasks and chemical suits.

The ships are told over loudspeaker and an all-channel radio broadcast to leave, lest they be fired upon.
Emmerian ships begin loading their cannons with HE, thermobaric, and biological weapons.
Those on board the ships carrying the bioshells put on gasmasks and HAZMAT suits.
