Avalonia is willing to help negotiate peace terms when all of you are ready to stop fighting. If you already have and I missed it while skimming, great.
Avalonian nuclear submarines begin to patrol the Avalonian coastline for counter invasion purposes. I'm sorry to Aribissia/Emmeria that I will not participate in this war, but I will not attack my allies. I had mentioned before that having so many alliances tied my hands, and I'm sorry for that. Avalonia prepares to give aid to refugees &c.

The rant really opened my eyes to make everyone more friendly to me. I will now not asspull. Though the satellite was an asspull, the processor isn't.
Oh yeah, I think Watcher is still attacking, but other than the C4, Aribissia and Emmeria aren't at war.
So, the NA would love to make some peaceful negotiations.

Emmeria literally forced an embargo upon us, in support of a country that it doesn't even have any relations with. We're not going to be patching things up any time soon.
