Avalonia would be happy to negotiate terms for a better relationship between the nations if/when such a time comes.

Avalonia drafts a pact that any nation can sign on to. In short the terms specify that no signing nation will trade with any warring nation that is not its military ally. This has been signed in hopes that plenty of people will hop on board and it will act as a preventative measure against war. Will only take effect if/when another nation signs.
