Seriously, THINK BEFORE YOU POST. I cannot stress that enough. Read over what you're posting and ask yourself these five things, not necessarily in this order:
1. Is this realistic? Nearly
2. Is this possible with the era's technology? Yes, (Micro-Chips) The size is strongly unlikely though.
3. Is this possible while my country is in X condition? No.
4. Will this piss people off? Everyone seems angered.
5. Is this loving stupid? Yes
