"I do not think you understand where New America is, what their lands are and the fact that no lands are being taken not even close to your border. Please refer to the map below."
An explenation follows below.
"As you can see on the map. Anything relatively close to you has been taken as an expansion of our borders. Yet they are not even touching yours, so basically our borders remain the same. You have been left with plenty of space to expand. To put it bluntly. One red line, expansion of territories and establishment of government control under our banner. Two red lines, New America territory which is being annexed. I think that sums it up pretty nicely."
Any man of legal age has been drafted into The Slavic Union Armed Forces.
The SUAF responds with 100.000 soldiers of their own, heading for the border with Rovercian.
Heavy artilery emplacements are being deployed. Air bases are ready to scramble all jets into the air.
