Broken transmissions are sent to almost all countries.  The transmissions are in Arabic, and extremely hard to understand behind static.  Eventually, another transmission is sent, although still hard to understand behind static, it is now in english.  "He-- Aribissia rebellio- Faysal is dead - overthrow dicta--- estab---- ----cracy.  Assist---- request--!"

The message is repeated on several different frequencies, over and over.

The Slavic Union organizes a strong standing force and sends it to Arabissia.
The force seems rather large but the number of assets is currently unknown.
Any resistance found in their way is met with death.

By the time the Slavic forces are able to reach Aribissia, the rebels already seem to be warring with the oppressve government.  The power grid in major areas is completely offline.  The rebellion seems to be almost as well armed as the military itself,and they seem to be well organized, as though they had been planning for years.
