nobody thanked me for the wine

forget u all too m8's
Aribissia has too much to sort out with its new government to worry about wine.

Why must you misinterpret everything?  I didn't fire it at Svernloch, I fired it at the Svernlochian troops in Aribissia.  Regardless, it still has to travel through previously-stated atmospheric conditions.
Excessive ECT can fry the brain to the point where you're basically mindless.  One thing:  Gasses disperse light.  The beam travelling through the atmosphere twice would guarantee that the beam will be very much dispersed or ionized before the beam even reaches the Earth again, thus effectively lowering the beam's effect.  Also, that says for depression, which is irrelevant???  I asked for similar technologies that (And I thought you would understand this) have similar effects by design.  Not to mention what Tomcat has said.  SWAT, I'm tired of this bullstuff with you creating new elements and other materials that have MAGICAL loving EFFECTS ON MATTER.  I never said I created new elements.  You're so full of stuff when you do it it just makes me want to loving strangle you.  I hate you with a loving passion because of the stuff you try to pull.  Oh but when I try and do things that aren't possible as of yet?  BULLstuff IT'S ALL LIES forget THIS IT'S POWERGAME.  Yeah.  No.  I'm done with it.  Don't act like an immature child.  Railguns are KNOWN technology, and I recall that super OP zombifying haulocaust lasers are not.  You're delving into a realm of fantasy.  I don't care how mad you are.  You are powergaming, without a doubt, and the fact of the matter is that you are not deriving from any relevant technologies.  If you have reasonable belief that this can exist within the next twenty years, supposing that the Geneva Convention is negligible, then I would like for you to explain how it would be possible.  I don't want to hear your rhetoric, I want to know that- and if -you know what you're talking about.

The Aribissian government surrenders to the revolutionists, and General Nazar and his followers are promptly executed.  A new man is placed in charge as president of Aribissia.  The isolation procedure is dropped, however, DEFCON is raised to three.  The president asks all foreign military forces to leave Aribissia.
Svernlochian forces immediately withdraw. Compensation for losses: $5,023,115.

Neutre opens up grape vines in it's country's great climate. After all the grapes are fermented and such, a bottle of wine is given to each country.
Much appreciated.  Thank you :)

Finally uploaded Forevermore, the Svernlochian National Anthem.  I am happy to finally post my own composition for Svernloch.

I have been out for 5 days. Can I please get a brief recap?

Avalonian projects continue. That stuff.

war happened with aribiisia

svernluch and aribiswia havin fite

war happened with aribiisia
So the war's still happening or did someone get beaten down yet?

No

Blazer and Swat are arguing about tech.

@Blazer
Super awesome mind control with radio waves of such is (nearly) impossible. What swat said.

@Swat One
"Omeg Areogel makes everything betor." If it was originally made for loving airplanes, it wouldn't be able to do what you said with a railgun...

So it's being bogged down (big surprise) with accusations of power/metagaming and god modding, and the usual argument over whose toys are better.

@Blazer
Blazer's claimed radio wave-based mind control control*/mind numbing device to the effect of firing from a ground base to a satellite and back to the Earth is extremely likely to be impossible.  SWAT's argument.
Blazer did withdraw his statement of mind control, I will give him that.

@SWAT One
"Areogel makes metals less resistant to wear and damage, most effectively in the neighborhood of heat and shock absorption." If it was originally made for airplanes, but due to its properties, it is able to transcend into some other technologies.
That's biased as hell.  Try this.

I never, never, NEVER said that it makes any object invincible.  I said that it makes something more durable.

Also, Plethora, check out the new anthems for Svernloch.

Also Swat
It's in use for its insulating properties.
How many times do I have to explain it.

A million please.

A lot of time, research, and funding went into these projects, it was also a collborative project between SU and Aribissia that has been under development since the year Syriiak was preparing to invade SU for New America's land, and has been used several times since.  If you didn't have a problem with it then, then why do you have a problem with it now?

Also, a railgun?  On a loving plane?  You've got to be kidding me right?

I didn't say it was a small plane.  Minimum crew of two people, often up to eight.

Also, regardless of how long it was in R&D, certain things are not possible.  The biggest flaw of this is that radio waves do not have this affect on anything, nor does anything that can travel with the mediums described in your scenario.

If you didn't have a problem with it then, then why do you have a problem with it now?
I believe that it would be feasible on a small scale.  For instance, the drop pods that have short range (I'd assume up to 65-80 feet) were totally legit.  I have no problems whatsoever with that (so long as their price would be reasonable, not some gimmick that you can pick up at a gas station for $0.66, and that they used ECT, not imaginary radio waves)

All I am saying is that I am fine with its use on a small scale.  Thirty years from now, I would not be surprised that this would exist in real life.  I find the laser form unacceptable.

I agree on the part that radio waves could not actually possibly do that, however, the first form of the technology was, in fact, in the form of the radar dish.

How big of a dish compared to how big of a range?

Get on Skype.

Finals studies :/

I can't talk, really.
