REQUEST: Global Sound Loop Mod

I'd like an add-on that allows me to play sound to all clients. I'd like it to:

> Be able to pick randomly out of 10 different sounds
> Play the sound to all players
> Pick a random wait time of 10 to 20 seconds to play another sound
> Be a server mod that runs constantly on a dedi
