Aware:
A good Mod reviewer has to have the knowledge of being able to look through code for flaws or issues, and wait until it has very few bugs and is safe for download.
98% of the community would irresponsibly do this job, and I find it a horrid idea.

chrono and headcrab are the only candidates who aren't idiots, or too emotionally unstable
