Well,maybe he didnt die,just like Woods didnt die in CoD black ops,theres a secret end,and shows you that oods didnt die,Maybe theres a secret end and shows he didnt die that he jumped before crash.

There is no secret ending or anything, they intended him to be dead

Maybe jumping out of truck before explozion. and he can maybe be behind the fire hiding so they think he died :3
