custom face is tiny

i made a topic about the .zip stuff but thats all fixed. Now i select my face and it looks TINY and small, i have no idea what i done wrong but i made thumbs,the face and a namecheck.txt in the .zip i made. I think its a Resize problem and i have a pic of it

the thumb seems okay, but it looks like you just copyed your thumb and renamed it.
Not sure if its correct, but the face needs to be bigger then the thumb.

It needs to be 256x256
