Some custom faces and decals i made

This is my first time i made faces and decals. I made them in paint.net but they look OK to me, i only made 3:
Timesplitters robofish:
his face is good but the decal needs some work on. some reason the decal has some problem and i dont know what it is...
Timesplitters Reaper splitter (My avatar although i added a pumpkin for halloween):
the face is small and i might fix it. The decal is a bit Ok its just done wrong a little bit
Pikachu:
the face is fine its just his eyes. I did put a white circle in it but it didnt work for some reason :I
you can rate X/10 but these are my first attempts to make these sort of things so they look a little bad
