People keep trying to argue over why wars should be fair, yet wars were NEVER fair.
Providence:
the solution is to only use the dice roll if both forces are on equal terms, if one side has a major advantage over the other the dice roll shouldn't really matter as much as it would during normal conditions.

Yet again, I'd get a stuff ton of hate from the opposing player(s) put into consideration that I can't just delete their stuff anyways.
