Theoretical Eventing and Scripting

These are some good ideas, all of which can be done already, but I'm guessing the main reason for these would be to simplify it; which I'm certainly not against.
I wouldn't mind seeing this.

#2 and #3 both already exist, #1 could be made easily as a script and not an event. I'm not quite understanding the 'theoretical' aspect of this...

#2 is where I find it impossible to be true. But I changed three after I realized I had derped.
In any case, where the heck is this event? How does it work? Link please?
As for #1, if you know anyone who would be willing to make it, that would be great. :)
