It's nice when a game can be consistent in its style, this game isn't in its items, which is immersion breaking. imagine if all the items in Deus Ex stood straight up and had loud, orange outlines. it would be quite immersion breaking.

Zombies could actually exist, all it would take is a fungus, virus, or bacteria to evolve in such a way that it can take over and effectively control the human body. If any disease would evolve in that batstuff insane way i would put my money on Ebola, it's already insanely dangerous.

Except also warZ isn't meant for realism whatsoever, except for maybe a somewhat realistic world in a fictional setting

I hate it when people use the argument that zombies aren't real, so games that contain them aren't meant to be realistic. It's supposed to be realistic in the sense that an infection of some sorts did occur, and all other realistic elements in life still apply.

EDIT: Like an alternate reality or something.

suspension of disbelief is an interesting thing. If something can be explained in a reasonable fashion, you can suspend your disbelief to immerse yourself in the story. there is no reasonable reason why all the bats in the game glow and stand on their end. That's not to mention every item glows purple. I would get it if they glowed purple when you looked right at them, to know what you're selecting, but them always glowing looks stupid.
