| Remove ability to lock topics in Coding Help |

Many people know that locking topics in Coding Help is generally a bad idea, but I think the ability should be removed because there might be further explanation needed or further issues, etc. There might also be a better solution than the one given. It could also be used as future reference for people (even if it's not related to the topic at hand). |

And remove Topic Too old in all of forums...or lessen the minimum date. |
