mods based on communism?

IDK how it'll work, but it would be nice to see, I won't mind if it doesn't really do anything extremely amazing

I actually have a mod that gives players power based on how high others have rated them. I spent a lot of time making sure that everyone could be banned, including the host.
Then I realized how such a mod would cause any given server to quickly go south.
