Okay, my idea shouldn't conflict with any of the smoothness you want. To demonstrate what I mean, I present my work of art. The rounded part, where the door swings on, should be the only part that would ever collide with the frame. The rest should never touch the frame. |

Oh, and sorry for the double post, but I was wondering how these doors are spawned. Do you need a brick below it or is it a placeable piece like any other brick? I need to know this so I can make my door ways for my apartment the appropriate size. I don't want to have to come back later and redo them all because it didn't work out. |

You need a brick to place a door. In the screenshot i posted, I used the 1x4f plate. The door and the 1x4f plate fit within the space of a 1x4x5 brick. |
